Please read the following exclusions carefully for the FREE LASIK ASSESSMENT:

• The free LASIK assessment is valid for one visit only. Any additional assessments will be charged as a consultation.
• This assessment is not valid for general eye conditions, including retinal issues, eye pressure concerns, or dry eyes.
• Glasses prescriptions are not included. If you need a glasses check or an updated prescription, please book with our optical shop
• The assessment is not available for patients under 18 or over 45, or for patients over 40 whose concerns are limited to reading difficulties. These cases should be booked as a general consultation.
• Patients who have previously undergone LASIK or any other eye surgery are not eligible for this assessment. A general consultation is recommended instead.
• The assessment is not available for patients with cataracts, those who have had cataract surgery, or patients who have undergone ICL treatment elsewhere.
