Dr. Mandeep Lamba brings on board an experience of over 2 decades, during which close to 8000 retinal surgeries and 10000 cataract surgeries have been performed.
He has been an avid speaker at a national and international level Dr. Lamba has delivered 400 odd orations, 20 odd publications, and performed live surgeries (cataract & retinal) 8 times in his career.
As a faculty, he has been involved in various residency programs in India, UAE, and Mauritius. He was the head of the Vitreoretina fellowship program for three years in Chennai.
- Vitreo retinal surgery – Retinal detachments, macular pathologies, vitreous pathologies, management of retinal breaks & tears.

- Advanced retina fellowship from New York Eye & Ear infirmary, NY, USA. Dr Lamba is a Fellow of American college of Surgeons.

- Fellow of Royal college of Surgeons, FRCS, Glasgow, UK.
- Dr Lamba is a past Head of Dr Agarwal’s Retinal foundation, Chennai, India and was actively involved in the academic and surgical training of retina fellows.
- Before moving to UAE Dr Lamba was serving as a Medical Director & lead retina surgeon at Dr Agarwal’s Healthcare LTD, Hyderabad, India.
- Dr Lamba was associated with Orbit international, as a travelling retinal surgeon to Mauritius & Rwanda.
- Dr Lamba has worked at Dubai Hospital, DHA for 6 years as a service provider for Vitreo retina surgery, cataract and ROP.
